STRATEGIC PLANNING FORM

Prairieview’s Strategic Planning Form is for leaders to complete in preparation for any Prairieview event, program, or group (E/P/G) that they will be leading. This form is intended to help you thoughtfully plan out your E/P/G, intentionally align your E/P/G with the mission of our church, cast vision for others to understand why they should participate or volunteer at your E/P/G, and provide verbiage for our church to communicate it well to our congregation and community. We ask everyone leading an E/P/G to complete this form at least 3 weeks in advance. You can submit the form online or download the PDF using the buttons below.
